There was a goldfish in a big glass tank People threw pennies in for a wish and then the penny sank. The goldfish tried to get out of the pennies way, but it ended up hitting him on the head everyday!
"How dare they do that, it hits me on the head, what good is it, I can't eat it?" the fish said. Then they stare at me like I'm some kind of freak. And I see their lips moving as if they were to speak.
Then this kids comes by and shakes my tank, I'm so dizzy, why does he insist on this prank! He then sticks his tongue out at me, oh how I wish I could be as big as he!
Hey, what's this? I'm growing so fast, I'm out of my tank, my tail comes out last. And I'm standing close to the boy on the floor, his eyes are open as wide as the door!

I'm able to walk and I go to a mirror, I see my image and I then begin to fear! Because behind me is this big yellow cat and he's wearing a smile, ever so fat!
I start to waddle, very quickly and I'm feeling kinda sickly. Where do I go, what do I do, how do I get out of this mess, I'm feeling really blue!
The cat is getting closer to me, oh please, oh please just let me be! What was it that I thought because if I don't remember I think I'll be caught!
Then suddenly the kid came back, he chased off that cat, he gave him a whack. The kid came to me and asked if I was okay, "I'm alittle shaken up, as I was close to becoming a fillet!"

The boy just stared at me and asked, how did I get so big so fast? I don't remember how I got to be this way, the pennies just keep coming everyday.
Did you wish anything, the boy asked me, "Hey, that's it! I wished I was as big as thee!" So make another wish and back you'll go into the tank, the fish looked at the boy and then he did thank.
I'm really so lonely, the fish said to the lad, people always come by and treat me bad. I wish I could go back to being small, and that you'd take me home with you, after all.
And then at once, the fish started to shrink. Back into the tank, he swam, he blinked. The boy picked up the tank and carried him to where he did live and treated him real good and a home he did give.
